Danseuse, enseignante et chercheuse somatique.
Je m'intéresse à la dimension biologique-culturelle dans la pratique de la danse et à la possibilité d'ouvrir de nouvelles perceptions et questions sur les manières de ressentir et de penser la corporalité. Mon expérience de la danse commence dès la petite enfance et, depuis quinze ans, j'étudie la relation entre le mouvement, l'écriture, la nature et les pratiques somatiques.
Je me consacre à l'étude et à l'exploration de dispositifs et de partitions qui développent une conscience profonde de la présence dans l'improvisation et la performance.
Les pratiques qui me guident dans cette recherche sont le Contact-Improvisation, les Tuning Scores et l'Underscore.
Je m'intéresse à l'étude entre la danse et la somatique, afin de comprendre comment la conscience /organisation psychophysique se développe et influence l'acte de danser, à travers l'étude de la Technique Alexander et du Body-Mind Centering®.
Depuis 2020, je vis en Italie et je coordonne, avec Leonardo Lambruschini, l'espace Danse à Spazio Seme - Centre international des arts à Arezzo, en Toscane. J'organise des laboratoires et des résidences de contact improvisation et de performance. En 2024, j'ai organisé le programme annuel « Moving Presence » Body-Mind Centering® Practice and Research avec Nina Wehnert en Italie et je suis la créatrice du programme d'études du mouvement et de recherche somatique « Natura Tactus ».
I am interested in the biological-cultural dimension within the practice of dance, and the possibility of opening new perceptions and questions about ways of feeling and thinking about embodiment. My experience in Dance begins in early childhood and for the last fifteen years I have been investigating the relationship between Movement, Writing, Nature and Somatic Practices.
I am dedicated to study and explore dispositives/scores that develop a deep awareness of presence in improvisation and performance. The practices that guide me in this quest are Contact Improvisation, Tuning Scores and Underscore.
I am interested in the study between Dance and somatic, to understand how the psychophysical awareness/organization influences the act of dancing, through the study of the Alexander Technique and Body-Mind Centering®.
Since 2020 I am based in Italy and coordinate with Leonardo Lambruschini, the Dance area at Spazio Seme - International Arts Center in Arezzo, Tuscany. I organize laboratories and residencies of Contact improvisation and Performance. During 2024 I organized the annual program “Moving Presence” Practice and Research of Body-Mind Centering® with Nina Wehnert in Italy and I am the creator of the Movement Studies and Somatic Research Program “Natura Tactus”.
